2. Program Participation
2.1 Eligibility
Participation in Greenverse programs (including Nextpreneur, Earth Day Festival, USA Innovation Program, etc.) is subject to specific eligibility criteria outlined in each program's description. By registering, you confirm that you meet these criteria.
2.2 Registration and Accuracy
When registering for programs, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.3 Program Content and Intellectual Property
All materials, presentations, and content provided during Greenverse programs are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
2.4 Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior. Greenverse reserves the right to remove any participant who violates this code of conduct without refund.
3. Nextpreneur Proposal Submission
By submitting a proposal to Nextpreneur & Sociopreneur program:
- Originality: You confirm that the submitted ideas and materials are original and belong to you or your team.
- Rights: You grant Greenverse the right to review, evaluate, and use the proposal for program purposes.
- Confidentiality: While we take reasonable measures to protect submissions, we cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality.
- Selection: Greenverse reserves the right to select participants at its sole discretion.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Website Content
All content on the Greenverse website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Greenverse or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright laws.
4.2 User-Generated Content
By submitting content (including proposals, comments, or feedback), you grant Greenverse a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with our programs.
5. Partnerships and Collaborations
5.1 Sponsorship and Contribution
Partnerships, sponsorships, and contributions are governed by separate agreements. These Terms of Use do not replace specific partnership agreements.
5.2 Circular and Financial Contributions
Contributions made through our hybrid mechanism (circular and/or financial) are subject to verification and conversion rates as outlined in partnership discussions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greenverse and its organizers, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our services
- Any conduct or content of any third party
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your information
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Greenverse, its organizers, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your participation in programs.
8. Modification of Terms
Greenverse reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jakarta, Indonesia.
